It's been a long while since this site has been updated. We experienced a serious technical problem but have that resolved so updates and new information can be posted. Please accept our sincere apology if you've looked here for information and found the site either locked or outdated.
Let's start with some updates....
We've had 5 monthly meetings since the Rally in September, 2011 - Sept., Oct., Nov. 2011 and Jan., Feb., 2012. All jam packed with various presentations, speakers - from our group and outside affiliates, regular meeting agendas and we even had an election of new officers. It's been a busy time for us; watching and discussing the Republican debates, ramping up our efforts for the Illinois Primary and November General Election and figuring out how we can best educate ourselves and others about the issues important to us; namely the economy, a pitiful job market and recently the daily rising price of gas.
In the following pages look for meeting minutes (so you can know what we've discussed and voted upon), presentation details and what to expect in the near future....
We invite each and every one of you to attend our meetings - they're open to the public and we thrive on new ideas, open discussion and diversity of members. Consider yourself personally invited to our next meeting on Monday, March 26, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. at the Galesburg Public Library and every regularly scheduled monthly meeting.
